Hello, Every 15 - 20 minutes I am getting a disconnection with LMAX data. The disconnection will last usually for about 5-10 seconds then automatically reconnect and the chart data reloads the data that was missed. During this time I cannot place or change orders either. Initially I thought it may be my internet connection however I bought an app to monitor this which is showing I am having no dropouts whatsoever. The disconnections I am having with LMAX toggle between the different contracts. I am using FX and the FX indexes and sometimes it is the FX pairs that disconnect and sometimes it is the indexes. It is the same for other CFD contracts as well but I do not have an example screenshot of this. Is there something I can do to improve this? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-04-30 05:40:08
