1. This is not correct or there might be a problem with an individual setting. Just tell us one particular setting you are referring to that is not saving.

We do not observe any problem with Study Collections either. All settings are saved and restored. If there is an issue with one particular setting let us know what that is.

There is a backup made of the version of your Chartbooks before it is saved in the new format. "Backup2092" is added to the file name in the copy of the file made. This copy of the Chartbook can be used in earlier versions. It is directly contained within the Data folder for immediate access. No need to go to the Backups folder.

You can go back into a prior version of Sierra Chart with Help >> Install Previous Version. In the installer, make sure the Specific Version box is set to 2092.

Once the previous version is installed, you can then open your Chartbook's that have the name: [Chartbook name].Backup2092.Cht. You can then do a Save As to save back to the original name.

2. There is no problem with this either. A 1 ms value is not valid. Refer to the documentation here for that setting:
Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu)
