English may not be my first language, but I know very well what I am talking about. You are not understanding the significance that this limitation has on the image of your product. To have an integrated FX feed that you only provide to some of your customers. First of all, I am very happy with SC overall, have been a user for 10+ years and think it is the greatest trading platform. Have advertised it via word of mouth many many times. Moving on. I do not consider FXCM even to be a part of this discussion. I consider this FX feed to be the SIERRA CHART FX feed (it is your business where you source it from). It is an excellent feed btw as I stated above. I don't know where you got the thought that "I am not satisfied with anything". You are making a push for customers to abandon Interactive Brokers. I listened to you and I did that. I will be trading FX with LMAX and later futures with AMP. But in order to do that, I want to use the feed that you are providing. The same way I will be using your DENALI futures feed and your routing service. Is that too much to ask for? Maybe. I want to use your feed, that should make you happy. Now, obviously you had not anticipated such a use case, and sometime in the past you decided that it is ok for two trading services to have the same symbols. Is this me "dumping this crap on you"? Or was it a decision you made that has this unintended consequence? Your frustration tells me it is not me you are upset with. It is your decision what you will do of course. I cannot force you. PS. I would probably be your client if you were a broker. |
