This will have to be considered a chargeable support request. You are not satisfied with anything. You are not happy with LMAX. You are not happy with FXCM.And all this crap gets dumped on us. Please have LMAX send over $1000 to cover the cost regarding setting up the FXCM symbols for LMAX. (no it is not that expensive) We are not even your broker. You are expecting so much for so little. And we are sure as hell not going to cause major problems for our other users using LMAX by changing LMAX symbols. You do not even understand the consequence of what you are asking about. We are never going to change the symbols. That creates a huge monumental problem with things you are not even aware of. If you notice the FXCM data feed lagging at times it makes us wonder if, the transmission from FXCM of the FIX data to our servers is exceeding available bandwidth. But we really do not know.
