As much as I would like to provide a full response to your message, I won't. I don't want to make you any angrier than you already are and be responsible for you having a heart attack or stroke. All I can say, is that I asked some basic support questions above and you replied with "Why is it that we have to answer these kinds of questions here. Why is it this gets dumped on us. Why do not you ask Interactive Brokers these questions or you ask the London stock exchange. Why the hell do you come here." Do you think that is a professional (or normal) way to respond to a customer support enquiry? It's not. Even if it was a stupid (or obvious) question you should never let the customer know that. That's what we call good customer service. I'm not sure where you are from, Russia, Slovenia, Romania. Maybe that type of response is normal where you are from but in the UK we call that abrupt or rude. How did you think I was going to respond to a comment like that? It was your idea to "And please repost our statements above all over the Internet". Of course I'm not going to do that. I don't have the time. I'm not a 17 year old that spends all day on the Internet. I will subscribe to a UK LSE data subscription at Interactive Brokers. Hopefully, that fixes the blank chart issue. That won't fix the blank IB Intraday US stock charts. I guess I'll just have to live without IB Intraday data. |
