The problem is the symbol has a . in it. We updated the symbol settings to support that. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Sierra Chart provides absolutely no support for data from Interactive Brokers. The technical interface is one thing but the data received is a whole different matter. We do not support that at all. And if you are looking for support for that, then please discontinue the use of Sierra Chart with Interactive Brokers. Longer term we do not foresee maintaining support to Trader Workstation (We are talking about years from now) and we will develop a different model of connectivity to Interactive Brokers and use separately provided data.
