The problem is that you have one of your Trading DOMs set to use a Continuous Contract with the option for the Forward Curve Study Support. It is Chart #5 which is the Trading DOM for the ES. Go to that Trading DOM and select Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings and change the Continuous Contract option to None. You will find the information on how to set the Continuous Contract here (if you need it): Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Using Continuous Futures Contract Charts You should not have a problem with using the Forward Curve study. Try again after you have the above issue fixed. Just be sure to use the Forward Curve Study itself, not the Continuous Contract option, as that is an older implementation.
