Sierra Chart does not support expired futures contracts from CTS. There are complications with accessing that data. And we no longer provide the Sierra Chart Historical Data service merged in with the CTS historical data. You will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed There is a dramatic difference, with how historical data is downloaded from CTS as compared to the Sierra Chart provided services like the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The processing of data is on a background thread with Sierra Chart services and this is very different as compared to processing it on the foreground thread which is how it is done when using CTS for historical data, which will freeze the Sierra Chart interface at times, especially with the heavy amount of market data there is now.
