Support, I was under the impression that i was permitted to use my account on two locations, however i am not able to receive real-time data in location #2. I am receiving the following message in the log: SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2 | 2020-04-13 19:56:51.051 I cannot disconnect from location #1 due to the covid-19 lockdown, and if it makes a difference, I am connecting to the internet in location #2 via a mobile hotspot as i am not able to connect any other way. Is it possible for you to force-disconnect all my connections and allow me to to try again locally? is the fact that i am connecting through a hotspot an issue? I just want to be able to get my real-time data back as fast as possible. Thank you. |
