With regards to not being able to get out of Sim mode - this is due to your Data/Trade Service Settings being set to SC Data - All Services. Since it is not set to a valid trading service, it is not possible to get out of Sim mode. It looks like maybe you need to finish the setup for the SC Order Routing. Start at step #9 in the instructions here:

You are properly setup to receive the real-time data from the CME. Let us know what exactly you are seeing in your charts in terms of whether you have any data updating and whether it is delayed or real time.
