Sorry for the delay.

For some reason it is not picking up the fact that you connected to your trading account. We have manually activated this for you, so you should be receiving the Real-Time data now.

We will look into what may have caused this. Hopefully you will not have this issue next month.

Just so you are aware, with the most recent version of Sierra Chart, you do not have to do this right at the beginning of the month. As long as you connect to your trading account within 20 days of the end of the month, then that will be good enough to validate your account.
