When I open sierra charts and then load my chartbook, I get a red "download failed" notice. Additionally, several minutes of data is missing from this morning's trade. Right clicking and re-downloading the data just prior to the discontinuity fails to solve the problem. I also tried to delete all data and reload the charts from the edit menu. No change. Please advise.
