Carefully following the instructions provided at "...ControlBar.php#ControlBarButtonProperties," The statement in the release notes explain the rationale for the change to text, thank you for that. The instruction "It is supported to use the previous images. To do this, follow the Control Bar Button Properties instructions and in particular follow step 10." When I attempted to reset the Arrow default image. It was a disappointing result (no image). Then, I renamed another tool Arrow caption and chose the image that I had added named arrow, and I was able to get an arrow to display. When I tried to find the Arrow and Extending Rectangle in the sorted list, I was unable to find either. Is it there? Are all the tools in the tools menu available?

Could the list in the left pane of the "Customize Control Bar #" be arranged in some order? Ditto for the Menu selection "Tools." Maybe Alphabetic, Catagories, Illustrated, something? If there is a pattern now, it isn't apparent to me. Suggestion attached.

As your customer, however, I cannot agree with the logic for the change to text. I am aware of the impossibility of satisfying everyone, and using text is one alternative. Maybe the software could determine if the monitor is too high a resolution to display the images, or different image sets are needed. But the new default blowing away the carefully chosen image selections is honestly a little frustrating. Text is always available to those whose monitors cannot display the tiny images that I use daily on my monitor.

My message was an attempt to be helpful, and I will continue that spirit in the interests of avoiding disparaging remarks. I think Sierra Charts is a wonderful product, but there seems to be some resistance and sensitivity to usability. My fear is that a competitor my take advantage.

Thank you for the hard work and conscious explained decision.
