The answer to your first question as we have said many times is no. The exchanges do just not allow that. It is no no no no no. You need to understand, exchanges control market data very tightly, they charge exorbitantly for it, and they do everything possible to make access to their market data as difficult as possible and frustrating you and everyone and us and they do everything possible to ensure that you cannot trade safely because of lack of market data due to all kinds of frustrations with accessing it.

And the problem is getting worse. The CME is doubling their fees for market depth data. Be prepared to pay even a lot more for just that one connection effective next month.
