First we want you to wait a few minutes for the data to be downloaded in the new instance. If there still is a problem, then select File >> Disconnect in the sub instance. Close the Chartbook and just open one chart for the symbol of that chart, and do not set it to a continuous futures contract chart, and see if the chart data downloading completes in the chart loads.
