First we see you are using an older version of Sierra Chart. You need to update. Instructions:

Follow the CQG setup instructions:

And then make sure the symbols are set correctly in the charts. You can do that with the Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
