Incredibly I am still waiting for a resolution, going on 4 days. I called late this afternoon and a support person said, yes we are aware of the problem, but couldn't provide a fix. He said his manager. James. would contact me. I'm waiting! Sorry to be a PITA, but I'm really frustrated. |
