I just talked to Top Step and they say they think there may be an indicator that I use in Sierra that is causing the error message.

Since all that happened was that I got a new ID and immediately began having the problem, I have no way of knowing what indicator could be causing the problem, assuming that IS the problem. I made no changes to my set up when I was given the new ID.

They say they can't help me, since they maintain it's not a Top Step problem and that other clients of theirs who have the same ID, letters - numbers - and asterisk, who use SC and Rithmic don't have the problem. If that's true, then for some reason I am the only one with a problem that no one can identify. I am not a programmer or tech person and couldn't possibly know what to do.
Someone has to tell me what to do.

Please help me. This has been going on for 3 days. It is beyond distracting.
