What particular problem are you having for the emini russel 2000? Please start a new thread about this. We do not show you are enabled for the ICE exchange with this data feed, so this data would be coming from your trading service data feed. Is the problem with GC that there is not enough historical data in the chart? If so, we can load in more historical data to the server.
