Not sure why that happened, but unless we start seeing more reports of this and are able to reproduce, it is very hard for us to know the scenario under which this has occurred. If you restart Sierra Chart, that message will go away and not reoccur. The message is also harmless and does not indicate a problem unless that file should exist.
