Hi,
I certainly hope I am in the right place to report this.

I have trialled your Sierra Denali data feed and order routing and have had instances of your server side bracket order management play havoc with my auto trading study order management.

My problem is I keep getting messages saying I need to put money into my SC account. In other words SC appears to have not terminated the service to my account despite my having a different password provided by AMP to logon with.
Perhaps this is my lack of knowledge and I need to make a change in my settings? I am logged into CQG account and receiving data.

Also today in back testing my auto ssytem study is behaving very oddly and in the message log I see it looks like I am enabled for delayed Denali real time data.

All I want is CQG data and no reference to Denali.

I am asking your support on the advice of support at AMP Futures.,
Please advise.
