Departed from Denali data/TT order routing problem

Hi,
I certainly hope I am in the right place to report this.

I have trialled your Sierra Denali data feed and order routing and have had instances of your server side bracket order management play havoc with my auto trading study order management.

My problem is I keep getting messages saying I need to put money into my SC account. In other words SC appears to have not terminated the service to my account despite my having a different password provided by AMP to logon with.
Perhaps this is my lack of knowledge and I need to make a change in my settings? I am logged into CQG account and receiving data.

Also today in back testing my auto ssytem study is behaving very oddly and in the message log I see it looks like I am enabled for delayed Denali real time data.

All I want is CQG data and no reference to Denali.

I am asking your support on the advice of support at AMP Futures.,

The account that you have posted this from is not using the Denali Exchange Data Feed in any way. The Real-Time data has been disabled for this account, and since you are on Package 3 of Sierra Chart, you do not have access to the Delayed Streaming Data for the CME. Even if you were on Package 5, which includes this data, your Real-Time data takes precedence, which would be your CQG data.

Therefore, we do not see anything else we need to change at this time.

This definitively cannot be correct at all. There is some other explanation. We do not accept what you say as correct. It simply could not be.

Make sure you have followed the instructions here to use CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

When you are using CQG you cannot be receiving the delayed data feed:

Thanks for your replies.

When I start SC I get a system message as per attached.
If I clear the message log this same message pops up every time.
The message log says "Enabled for Delayed Denali Real-Time Exchange Data Feed". Why is this the case?

I checked my DTS settings for CQG and they are as per instruction.

BTW why do you have a 'do not show this again' option for system messages. They pop up regardless of whether this is ticked or not.

All users have access to the Delayed Exchange Data Feed. But it would not be used when you are using CQG. That message in the log is just making note of the fact that you have the ability to access it if you want it.

But, as we noted previously, since you are getting the live data from CQG, you are not using the Delayed Streaming data from Sierra Chart.

With regards to the System Messages, you can select the option at the bottom for Do not show this again to prevent it from coming up again until there is a change. It will also reappear anytime you do a software update.
