Okay we understand now. This is actually a safety feature to not modify the quantity if it is not getting modified. We will patch this for Rithmic. The DTC protocol treats a quantity of zero, as meaning the quantity is not to be modified. Now it does make sense to us, why a newer version would have a problem.
