In regards to the issue described in post #101. This has been resolved. We will be setting up more close monitoring to be aware of these kinds of problems exactly when they occur. Our systems do have a redundant set up, so all you need to do is reconnect to the data feed to switch to the other server if a particular symbol is not updating. It is hard for there to be an automatic switch in this case, because only some of the CME channels were affected.
