I know Sierra Support does do an amazing job and full accolades go out to everyone working hard for US customers. That is why I have been loyal in excess of 10 years with SC. I do have other clearing firms for my business...Hard not to have a few "up the sleeve'...Glad to learn fix is in the works! Hope for stable continuous data connections. God Bless |
