I am Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) trading through Infinity Futures/Transact Data. I rely on secure connectivity to execute trades for my clients ans Transact/Sierra Relationship continues to deteriorate over the years. There had been persistent daily connectivity issues this past week...connect/disconnect/connect/disconnect/...etc. I realize Sierra Chart is pushing customers to their Denali Data Feed and steering away from Broker data streams....But frankly I believe these issues are being forceably created to the frustration and detriment of all Sierra Chart customers. John, When can Transact Data users expect a proper fix to these connectivity issues? Sincerely, Frustrated Sierra Chart Customer
