I have set up CQG through NinjaTrader 8 and Phillip Capital. When I enter in the user name and password provided it cannot connect to Sierra Charts. Can you please help me? Also If there is a phone number I can call this would be much easier to correct as well as in any future issues. I am aware of the $0.75/minute charge for the phone calls. Thanks in advance!
