No it is not the same data feed. Transact uses a completely different data feed to feed their Trading DOM. It is a UDP feed using a different protocol. We have said this previously. Are you saying that Sierra Chart no longer provides support to Sierra Chart users that have a different data feed regardless if it's Sierra Chart related? Yes this is correct because we cannot do anything about the problem. There are no supervisors . You have got to be kidding us. You are deal with the top engineers here. Why do you use Transact?
