Post From: SC Data Connections Count Approach

It seems that when using the SC Real-time Data Feed (Eurex AND CME and hence CME is NOT Denali), the logic for counting the number of machine connections and the number of symbols subscribed for is messed up.

This is what i have experienced and hence require immediate clarifications and also actions from SC (since my CME connection is now totally blocked):

1. For non-professional subscriptions, the number of authorized machines is 2. Thats what i have been using.

2. On machine 1, i had 1 CME symbol (ES) with the Interactive Broker Symbol and with SC data enabled

3. On machine 2, i had 1 1 CME symbol (ES) with the Interactive Broker Symbol and with SC data enabled and the same symbol (ie ES), BUT with the SC data feed symbol (ie NOT the IB symbol)

4. So to recap - 2 machines, each using the SAME symbol (ES), but on machine 2 i had ES with the symbol for IB and ES with the symbol for SC data feed

5. SC seems to be COUNTING the above as "3 machines", because they started disabling 1 of the 3 SC instances running there (on machine 2 i had 2 SC instances so i could use ES with 2 differnt symbols - IB and SC respectively)

6. ON top of that it NOW seems that SC now has disabled ALL my CME data feed on ANY machine and on ANY Symbol and ONLY my EUREX subscripton is working (while i am also paying for CME)

7. BAsically the Machine and Symbol Counting Logic on the SC Server side is messed up and i require the follwoing immediately:
7.1 How EXACTLY the counting logic works
7.2 Enable IMMEDIATELY my CME subscription which is for TWO machines
