Hi, I had been purchasing my usage and data through an AMP futures account, at $25/mo for SC and $15/mo for CME data (including market depth) bundle. I decided to go back to using my interactive brokers account, so I updated my SC service package manually (12 months service package 5) and tried to then activate the CME data bundle but received a message that I first need to activate a real time data connection, which would be an additional $40/month? Is this correct? If so why was this not r3equired when I purchased my subscriptions through AMP futures? Thank you |
