I was aware of the "geo-IP" allocation with CQG. Taking the IP address from the Sierra chart log, I am connected to Hong Kong. But a WHOIS IP lookup for api.cqg.com gives me Chicago. I am in Japan. My query is: why can't CQG connect me to their Japan server, based on this information from them: CQG does have direct access to Tokyo but Sierra Chart doesn’t have a web API to connect to. Your only options are Singapore or Hong Kong
