I have broker account at RJO Futures, this was specifically established with them in an attempt to trade on OSE/JPX from a location physically in Japan and on a local CQG Japan server (rather than Chicago with AMP.) My CQG account was set up via RJO. Data is incoming to SC. However they [CQG/RJO] are unable to connect me to the CQG Tokyo server, only the Singapore or Hong Kong server is possible. This is the brief reasoning provided by RJO: CQG does have direct access to Tokyo but Sierra Chart doesn’t have a web API to connect to. Your only options are Singapore or Hong Kong and we currently have you connected to Hong Kong. Can you reach out to Sierra chart and let me know what their response. This is not an area of expertise for me. Is there any way to resolve this?
