I found the issue on those 3 instruments. I missed the error message in the log because of the every 1 second message - "An unhandled exception was caught in c_Chart::WindowProc. Message: 275, wParam: 100, lParam: 0 | 2014-01-05 11:45:46". Apparently because I had several instruments to be updated, I received an "data for day limit exceeded" and I presumed that caused the data for these 3 to not be downloaded. I tried again this morning and it worked fine. Thanks - great upgrade/addition! |
