Hello. I am trying to get the volume bars to show up for level 2 on the DOM graph for equities. They show up when I use the SC Feed for Fx, etc., but I cannot get them to show up for equities. I am using Interactive Brokers data feed (I know it is sub-optimal), but it seems to be working without errors in the log and stating that market depth has been downloaded. Bid and Ask Depth bars, Cumulative delta, ask bid volume difference all are working. Some settings pics attached. I have tried to set all references to market depth in settings menus to 30 just for consistency. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere? Thank you.
