I just sent a report to our support people and told them where I think the problem lies. I think it is in the GreenChart_64.dll. I found an old copy of this file and copied it into my GreenChart/Data folder. I then made it read only because when I start GreenCharts I keep getting a new version of this file (from your server?). And this fixed our indicators. The dividing lines came back and my charts looked like they did before Monday. Also noticed that in our studies ID:1 has two lines that read SG1 and SG2 and these are the missing dividing lines. But in version 2033 and later of GreenCharts, these are listed as Ignore under Draw Style instead of Line like they were before the upgrade. And I cannot change them from Ignore to Line because when I hit apply, it just goes back to Ignore. How can this be fixed? Can the dll file be fixed? As I stated before it gets updated in my Data folder every time I restart Green Charts. I am just a user of this software and not responsible for any programming or compiling of studies so if there is some information about fixing this that I can pass on to our support team, it would be appreciated. And thanks for helping me and listening to all this complaining. I know you guys (and gals) are very busy with the everyday support problems and requests that everyone makes and seem to have your hands full all the time. If we can't fix this through these posts and you still want to use remote assistance, I will check the User Control panel and then contact you.
