I am sorry to disagree with you but how did everyone's charts in my company lose that dividing line at the same time? It makes no sense that everyone's dividing line option got disabled on Monday morning. And if you look at the lines on the charts I sent, they do not go all the way across like the dividing line. There is space between the end of the lines and the sides of the charts. And they are a thicker line. It was not your dividing line option it was part of one of our studies that got disabled with a new version of Green Charts. I will talk to my support people and have them contact you to figure out which study was changed. Thanks for the advice anyway but I checking that option doesn't fix our problem.
