I am new to Sierra chart. I followed your instructions to try to connect to Bitmex and download data. I am simply looking to download 1 days worth of intraday data 1-minute bars. I made the following settings (see attached pic) and then hit ok. When I then go to "file >>> connect to data service", it is greyed-out. So I really don't understand what's going on, and why I cannot connect to the data service. Please help. |
