@Chad, They only have "IBKR Lite" and "IKBR Pro" account types. They differentiate between fixed or tiered stock/etf commissions for Pro, but that doesn't matter in my case, I'm not going to trade on their platform. Multiple people at IKBR have told me the only way to access the API is by switching to Pro. Switching to Pro changes my data fees from $53 on the non-pro side to $250 for the same access in Pro, which makes this ridiculous. Since your IB software works properly, could you possibly check your TWS and or IB Gateway versions for me? I have the latest and they may have turned off this access. If yours works, I can request that version possibly. Thanks for your input here.
