I use Gain as a broker and switched from Gain data feed over to Sierra Denali data feed last month. At the time I was told by the tech rep at Sierra by phone that Sierra would not be charging for data for a few months. I was charged by Gain for Feb $40.00 and received an email from Sierra to provide more funds to pay for data for Feb. $40.00. I don’t want to pay twice for data, however, I’m happy with the Sierra data feed Denali and it is set up on my system. I canceled auto payments for Data at again for March and going forward, but can Sierra make sure I’m turned on with The Denali feed for this month without further payment? Thanks for your help.
