Already set that to Black under Global Settings > Graphics Settings. Didn't help and that wouldn't account for everyone else's computers having the same missing lines. This is not just my computer but everyone else at the company found the same problem Monday morning. I think it is an error that is affecting one of our studies but I don't know where to look or what was changed in the programming that made our dividing lines disappear. Does the image I sent from GreenCharts look at all familiar or maybe someone in support knows what to look for in the study? All I see under Studies to Graph is CalcOrder 1 through 18 and since the older versions of GreenChart are now showing the same problem, I can't compare this newest version to version 1852 which most traders were running before the required upgrade to 2033 for 64 bit users. Any ideas of where to start looking?
