@Unicorn_Catcher: Sierra Chart Engineering did not ask me to talk about it, I was merely reviewing the Board for any topics of interest to my own pursuit and figured I should comment on what you mentioned about IB Gateway. I've had an account with them for 10 years and had a fair share of frustration with their API, 'general' phone support, and data quality issues. But the statement of Gateway being exclusive to institutional and/or professional clients was new to me. @SC Support: if you still want to speak with me, yes, please call the number listed in my Account Data page. |
