We use Green Charts in my company and yesterday we woke up and all the 64 bit charts had to be upgraded to version 2033 or higher because the custom studies stopped working. That was fixable. But somehow the region dividing lines between our different charts had disappeared. I tried checking the box under Charts>Advanced Settings>Display Region Dividing Lines but that does not work on our custom charts. Do you know why this has changed overnight and can it be fixed and returned to our charts? I haven't found anything in our studies that shows this dividing line and like I say it was removed from the charts sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning. I have attached a picture of a typical chart with the dividing lines missing, one above the middle chart and one below that chart. It seems they should have lined up with the dividing lines that separate the regions on the Interactive Scale. No one here seems to know what happened or how to fix this.
