Did the problem occur when you updated Sierra Chart? Maybe there was an inadvertent change we made which caused the problem. If the problem did not occur as the result of an update to Sierra Chart, then it would be on the TWS side. Another thing to do is to see if you are receiving any real-time data for that particular symbol.
