The operating system is providing wrong coordinate data. That is quite clear. What Sierra Chart is logging is values straight from the operating system.

And furthermore you are also having a problem even accessing the menu. And this is happening without any unusual load within Sierra Chart? When you have the problem check your Windows task manager and tell us the CPU usage of Sierra Chart. If you just simply have one chart open, without any studies, this is not going to cause hardly any load. The CPU usage of the Sierra Chart process should be at 0%.

We have no other direct reports of a problem like this. Other users can show us the same messages but our response will be the same. Do you know what kind of video adapter the other user you are referring to is running?

Not that it matters, we have no idea if it is related or not.

We really do not know what we can do from our side. This is so clearly an operating system level issue.

In the end it is clear this is something that is simply out of our control. Windows 10 is not a good operating system. It is very sad.
