I have a followup question... I've activated Denali and a level 5 sub with you guys now, my data feed looks frozen, which I assume is because I haven't logged in with my trading account the required 1x/month yet. How do I do this for either Tradovate or TDA as I have active trading accounts with both of them. I asked Tradovate if they needed to enable anything on their end and they were unaware of anything that needed to be done. Thanks for your time. |
