However, based upon your description it does look like it was a server issue. And if this is indeed the case, this is precisely why it is, we are in the process of phasing out services like Gain Capital. Maybe we should just not even charge for this just to confirm our decision-making process is correct. So we will not charge for this. We are interested to find out if this was a Gain Capital issue. And it only then will lead to a decision that we are eventually going to remove support altogether for Gain Capital. So no cost for this.
