As a Gain Capital user I had to change data recently and went with the order routing option with Denali data. I had an issue yesterday testing chart trading live. Sim trading as been working fine, I use chart trading and chart DOM, but today I tried a live trade just on the micro Emini to test everything live and my chart trading & DOM was not responding, I could not move or cancel limit orders on the chart trader or chart DOM. I was trading the micro from the Emini chart as I have done in the past using the following options: Trade the current Quote symbol and use a trade symbol ESH20/ MESH20 ticked from chart settings On this occasion I couldn't adjust the trade once placed. I couldn't cancel the limit order or the OCO stop/ take profit. The limit got filled and I had to open a seperate MESH20 DOM to flatten the position. But the OCO orders remained active on the chart trader and I couldn't cancel them, one side got filled and I had to flatten this from the separate MESH20 Dom as well. Luckily none of this cost me too much just fees and commissions but I need to find out why this happens. I have attached message log details copied from the time (sorry I couldn't do it the correct way)
