I have opened a file for a slowdown and freezing of my chartbook. It still works today very fine in SC_V1915 32 bits, but encounters big problem with last versions V2030 and Up. As I am with Infinity as my broker, they provide The Datafeed for free but since one month and half their Datafeed is no more operative with SC_V1915 32 bits as they removed their API token. Upgrading SC to version above 1915, my chartbook doesn't work very well ; so I opened a file to try to correct the problem : Hardware ID for CTS in live simulation Mode After one month of optimization at your side I'm still stuck today. So I had to buy this february a Datafeed (Rithmic) compatible with SC_v1915 32bits in order to trade efficiently. As It cost me 64.99 $ (Rithmic month subscription with 4 Exchange) over my usual monthly budget and as your technical support just told me today to arrange my chartbook on my own; I would like to spare time and money as possible. Could you please grant me necessary usage Time (one month) in order to proceed this way as it need a lot of time and work ; As I already paid an extra 64.99 $ for the standalone Data feed, Could you please make me spare the 26 $ in granting me a possible 30 days usage time : It's really hard to see how fine and speedy is my chartbook with SC_V1915 and to realize now it doesn't work any more with V2030 and above so that I need to furnish hard work and spend a lot of time to rearrange all my development so that all could be, I hope, OK in march.
