We think this users problem is now resolved. We did a remote assistance session. We found that the chart update intervals were very low , sub 50 ms for many charts causing a heavy load on the primary thread and apparently the Windows message queue is just simply overflowing and there are dropped messages and the user interface becomes nonresponsive. And apparently this also causes a problem with coordinates that the operating system passes to Sierra Chart event messages. They are simply wrong at times.

The user will report back tomorrow and let us know if the change resolved the issue.
