We do not see any message log at post 17. But that does not matter at this point in time. When you see this in the log at the end of those control bar messages: ItemID = -1 It indicates there was no matching button. When you deliberately click on the control bar button are you seeing -1 for the ItemID? Are you using multiple monitors? Anyway we do have some clue about what is going on. There is no up event. Only a down event. It is the up event which actually causes the button click action to occur. Let us contemplate all the data we have here and provide us more as you continue to have a problem and then we will try to come to a conclusion.
